NoRo-- Knot happy....

Ok so i found a KNOT... A KNOT... I know ... no biggie ~ONE KNOT... but considering the skein was 20 smackers... I expect NO KNOTS!! No kidding.... PLUS this little thing wound up messing up the color scheme!! I WAS so proud of my matching abilities... and then wham! There was no way I could master the identical twin thing when this little bugger came into the pic. Oh well...

One sock is bigger in the leg area because that was where I learned to do the continental type of knitting..... so... uh, yes... lefty loosy for me... However the second was more tight.... and still I did continental... could be my stress level as well...

These socks ventured to a lot of places with me... dentist, some metal rock concert with ds, and the animal hospital last night--where my darling mini dach had to get four staples in her side-- and a lovely plastic cone around her neck to keep her from licking these metally goodnesses..... FYI: learned that stitches are more costly than staples... Just thought I would share that little tidbit of info with all who care to know! ahahah! $300 dollars LESS for staple-age rather than stitch-age.... hmmm.... But both options come with the lovely head cone thang that is guaranteed to make your dog insane.

"Does this cone make me look fat?"

Hmmm.. what project to do next? I realllly dont want to resort to the Brea Bag, or the Dashings at the present time... I kinda sorta want a new needleee goodness to get crackin on.... but I cant seem to wind it down to a specific pattern..... grrrrrr.... I hate when that happens... Must have a project to work on!!!!! ANY SUGGESTIONS?

You're lucky, your noro only had 1 knot. I ripped when I found my 4th knot in 1 skein. I will NEVER knit noro socks. They ruin the color repeat and make me angry, so I just gave up the ghost on that one. Grrr.
