Snip it!~
Yes, that's what I did! I am so proud of myself!!! I was getting fed up with my toooo long pinky stubs on the knucks.... and decided... what the heck... I'm going for it. I inserted the needles back into the stump.... and took my handy dandy scissors -- took a deep breathe -- and snipped off the top edge of the pinky... Then wooo lah... unravelled the long butt thing, knitted a row, and then did a bind off.... Woooo hoooo! Although I have been pretty successful (lately) in reinserting a needle or two... this whole fix-it thing in knitting is still fresh, new AND very REWARDING!!!! I'm thrilled that I was able to do it! Yeah!!! Ok... don't mean to brag, I was just soo happy to be able to do it. I'm just saying!
