Weigh-in day!! EW!!! Traditionally I weigh-in on Mondays, and as it stands...I am OVER my goal weight. The sad fact is: it is apparently obvious to the receptionists too because they can just eyeball me and KNOW that I got to step my sorry feet on that there scale! No sneaking in to meetings and weighing in once a month...At least not yet, for me! I will get back there! As long as I continue to keep myself motivated, and keeping my hands busy with this needlework doesn't hurt!
